A true Southern soul with deep roots in the heart of the Lowcountry. Born and raised exploring the charming streets, waterways, and hidden gems of Beaufort, Ridgeland, and Hampton Counties in South Carolina, Christina brings a lifetime of local knowledge and hospitality to everything she does.
 
Before diving into real estate, Christina dedicated herself to education through the Beaufort County School District. Today, she calls Bulloch County, Georgia, home, but her passion for helping others find their perfect place stretches across both South Carolina and Georgia. With over 11 years of experience, Christina is your go-to expert for senior reverse mortgages, new construction, first-time homebuyers, VA clients, and short sales.
 
Whether you're settling into a charming cottage under the Spanish moss or building your dream home near the coast, Christina’s got the skills, the heart, and the hustle to make it happen. Licensed in both SC and GA, she’s uniquely positioned to guide clients across the Lowcountry and the Coastal Empire with ease.
 
When she’s not negotiating deals or touring dream homes, Christina is living her best Southern life, baking up family-favorite recipes like peach cobbler, shrimp and grits, and biscuits and gravy, or reeling in redfish along the local waterways. She's also a proud wife, mom to four amazing kids, and the caretaker of three sulcata tortoises (yes, really!).
